Breakfast: 1 nectarine, 2 slices toasted russian wheat bread, and eggs scrambled with honey ham.

Lunch: 1 serving chicken dumplings, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup cucumber.

Snack: a bowl of pistachios, and two handfuls of fresh blueberries. :)

Dinner: 1 small lean porkchop, corn on the cob, and pan fried potatoes.
